Sightseeing Tour
Looking for things to do in Joshua Tree? Only have a few short hours to spend in the park? Book a sightseeing tour with us and see the highlights of the park with an informative nature guide. Enjoy an educational shuttle around the park with plenty of amazing photo opportunities. Your shuttle driver and guide will take you around the park ensuring you don’t miss some of the best and most picturesque spots. The sightseeing tour visits Joshua Tree Classic’s including: Cholla Cactus Garden, Skull Rock, Arch Rock, Ohlsen Ranch (or Cap Rock Nature Trail), and Key’s View. Tours at 8am from our office in Joshua Tree. You can expect to be back around 12:30pm. Your ticket includes the park entrance fee. Advance reservations recommended.
15-20% gratuity is customary.
Custom Private Hikes/Tours
Enjoy an exclusively private custom hiking tour with your very own nature guide. Your guide could lead you on a mostly off-trail adventure through the Joshua Tree wilderness or take you to see the highlights. Your tour, Your way. You can customize your 6 hours to be whatever you’d like to enjoy the towering rock formations, canyons, sweeping vistas and surreal landscapes from another planet. All along the way, your expert guide will share the history and geology of the Park, along with a myriad of stories and talks about the plants, animals and other unique characteristics of the Park.
Hike and Climb
Also known as Rock Climbing- Come Experience Joshua Tree’s rock formations up close and get hands on with a private rock climbing trip. Your certified rock guide will provide you with all the necessary equipment & instructions for a perfect day on the rocks. Whether you are a first time climber or multi-pitch expert, our guides will make sure you have an incredible experience. Then explore the native desert with your tour guide. either a trail off the beaten path or some sightseeing.
Explore the Sunset and Night Sky
Enjoy an evening exploring the cosmos with a private astronomer, all while enjoying a delicious meal cooked by your guide. Your personal astronomer for the evening will allow you the opportunity to get an up-close look at the night sky through a high-powered telescope.
